Can I beat a speeding ticket?
While you can sometimes beat a speeding ticket, it is generally not cost effective. There are ways in which you might beat the ticket is if the officer who gave you the ticket does not show up, a rarity, or if you successfully take the radar out of the evidence. Should I try to beat the ticket if I know I’m guilty?
You should fight the case because it is the burden of the prosecutors to prove you are guilty; you do not have to prove your innocence.
