Southeast Issues 29 Tickets in 6 Hours

According to the Wall Street journal, over 20 traffic citations were issued by the New York State Police in Southeast, N.Y. within a 6 hour period between 9:00 pm and 3:00 am on October 27-28.  The violations varied from  speeding tickets to DWIs.  Many of the tickets were issued along the I-684 corridor which connects Westchester County to Putnam County.
