School Bus Speeding Tickets

According to a recent article on AOL.com school buses and Maryland and Ohio have been caught running red lights and speeding in excess of the limit.  While many drivers complain that speeding tickets are nothing more than a way to raise tax revenue to municipalities, the fundamental essence of these tickets is founded in public safety.
