The town of Westville (Pop. 1,819 /2010 U.S. Census) sits on the northern border of Franklin County, New York, at the international border of Quebec, Canada and the United States, and contains two hamlets: Westville and Westville Center. State Routes 37 and 122 intersect in the northern section of town at the hamlet of Westville Center. County Route 19 runs concurrently with Jewett Road.
