The town of Plattsburgh (Pop. 11,870/2010 U.S. Census) lies in eastern Clinton County, New York, at the edge of the City of Plattsburgh. Interstate 87/Adirondack Northway and U.S. Route 9, and State Routes 3, 22, 22B, 190 and 374 all serve the area. The Town of Plattsburgh offices lie at the junction of Banker Road and State Route 3, which runs concurrently with Cornelia Street just south of the offices. County Route 26/Tom Miller Road joins Banker Road just north of the Route 3 junction.
